Ultrasonic Meter

Straight through flow cell design does not reduce the inner bore diameter, keeping pressure loss at a minimum and negating the need for a strainer as there are no moving parts to damage. 3″ – 12″ are equipped with state-of-the-art multi-path technology using 4 pairs of ultrasonic transducers to interrogate the flow from different positions. The additional pairs of transducers increase accuracy and reduce the amount of straight pipe needed after pipe turns and valves. 

Ultrasonic meters meet ISO 4064 water meter standards for Class D accuracy and exceed the AWWA C715 standard.
